本地著名歌唱家‧陈容心脏病发逝世

今天2月2日，马来西亚著名歌唱家陈容因心脏病发而去世。他终年53岁。陈容是大马最出色的艺术歌曲歌唱家之一。陈容的逝世为本地艺术界一大损失。以下是陈容生平

• 毕业于马来西亚艺术学院，主修声乐。
• 曾远赴意大利罗马深造，并在意大利欧西摩（Osimo）歌剧研究院修习歌剧表演。
• 后考入奥地利国立维也纳音乐及表演艺术大学，攻读歌剧表演课程及选修声乐。
• 曾经参加在意大利、西班牙及奥地利的7项国际性歌唱比赛，均名列三甲。不但在国际歌唱比赛中获得骄人的表现，在歌剧演出中亦赢得极隹评语，曾被推崇为意大利最优秀的年轻男高音。
• 1990年至1992年间，以杰出的意大利式男高音获聘于德国Dresden国家歌剧院。
• 在欧洲期间和回亚洲后常活跃于音乐会、神剧和歌剧的演出，均受到崇高的赞赏，他那炉火纯青的演唱，在在表现出世界级歌唱家的风范。
• 2006年，推出首张个人专辑《陈容Armando Chin Yong》。
• 2009年，参与星洲日报80周年庆巡回演出。
